Wonderland of Lights and the first big snow to play in

The Potter Park Zoo does a Wonderland of Lights every year where they put up strands of lights around the buildings and create the animals from rope lights. You didn't seem to mind the cold at all and you seemed to like the lights. You did your "Oooohhhh" often! We were also able to go in and see some of the animals. You thought the ring tailed lemurs were pretty cool.

Yesterday the snow started. It was really pretty so we went out and played in it for awhile. I tried to get you to make a snow angel, but you weren't too thrilled lying in the snow. You did like watching Kaya catch the snow balls I threw at her.

Last night I got a call saying I wouldn't have school today so we also went out today and played. Your dad went and got a sled this morning so we could pull you around in it. I didn't allow him to attach it to Kaya like he's wanted to. We wanted to also build a snowman with you but it was pretty cold outside today so we didn't stay out long.
