Hospital

It only took 6.5 months before this conversation was had:

Emma: "Mom, when do we take Stella back to the hospital?"

Me: "Emma, we don't have to.  Hopefully we never have to take her back."

Emma: "Oh, so she's staying with us forever?"

Me: "That's the plan."

Emma: "Oh, ok.  That's good.  I like being Stella's big sister."

Whew!  Close one.  :-)
