Yesterday was Halloween. We went to Nana and Papa's house since they really do up their yard. Uncle Denny and Aunt Marilyn were there. Dad took you down early since Uncle TJ was in town. You and TJ and Dad hung out the whole day. You loved your pirate outfit and thought Dad dressed up as a pirate was pretty cool. You were into the trick-or-treating this year too. You were excited after the first couple houses and kept saying, "Mama, let's go get more candy!" You didn't say "trick-or-treat" at every house, but you did give most people a hearty "Arrrggghhhh" and you said thank you to everyone. You were so intent on checking what was in your pumpkin that you tripped and fell a few times. You walked the whole way! We did about 2 courts. You were definitely slowing down at the end.
At the end of the night when I asked you what your favorite part of the day was, you said, "Uncle TJ." When we got home, you were sound asleep in your car seat. You usually stir when I begin to unbuckle you and pull your arms through. You didn't even open your eyes until I was dragging you out of the seat. You played hard!
