Dancing Machine

You are pulling yourself up on anything and everything you can. This morning you pulled yourself up on the fridge and started dancing to the Green Day song on the radio. You've started dancing when there's music playing whether it's from the radio or your activity table. If we hold you while dancing you'll also jiggle yourself in our arms. It's pretty darn cute. Of course, I have yet to get video of it since the video camera has been downstairs the last couple times.

You are also pulling yourself up on everything you can and grabbing for anything you can reach. You are also chewing on everything right now, including our coffee table downstairs, because you're getting some more teeth in. That has made sleeping pretty crappy since you wake up every few hours wanting to nurse for comfort. We'll pull you into bed with us and you toss and turn. Then when you're lying against me you make me overheat so I kick the blankets off. Then you turn towards dad and I get cold and have to pull the blankets back up. It's a vicious cycle.

You're cruising now too - walking along the furniture. You can transfer between pieces well. You like to pull yourself up on your swing. Your balance is good enough that you can stay standing even if it moves a bit. You are also just leaning against couches sometimes. I was describing this to Aunt Kate and she said you'll be walking by 9 months. We're going to be in trouble then!
